Warriors of the peaceful type who focus their intent on awareness know this. No matter what emotions go through body and mind a person can choose to behave with grace and respect for others. It is the way of the spiritual warrior. Refine your behavior, inspite of thoughts and emotions that spin into negative zones. Action matters. Shine the spotlight on your thoughts that cause you to lose energy. Change your thoughts.
