There is something simple about ‘being’. Being aware. You live NOW, the past is only part of the moment because somewhere in your totality it is recorded. The future is not here, now It will impact your present moment if you think about ‘it’ during the NOW. Simply stated, awake in the Moment is the greatest teaching. If you are fully aware, you notice your thoughts and emotions as part of your experience of the moment. If you are practicing mindfulness, you know that moments are rich and full when thoughts and emotions participate and don’t dictate. Have fun with life, be here now, and know that you have it all. No where to go, nothing to become. You are where you need to be.
